Record yourself talking. I had people react negatively to me before until i recorded myself talking and I realize I tend to do a scowl that just made my face look really punchable. I’ve since corrected my facial expression and people tend to be more receptive. It’s not just about looks, it’s about your overall aura. If you are attractive but your overall looks trigger negative emotions such people thinking you are an asshole, it will still limit your success.

Look into cognitive behavior therapy and learn about distorted thought patterns. Thinking on certain ways always leads to negative interpretations which cause negative feelings (low self esteem, etc).
