The next time you have one of those indirect interactions with her example. When dealing with the car / maybe you're both in the yard etc... Signal her to come over to where you are using your body language.
You going over to her is not the preferred option, but if the situation makes it easier for you to get to her; walk directly to her, eyes locked and ask her about her music, her tattoos(something you may have in common). If the situation allows, and shes receptive, keep escalating... until you reach a tipping point or you no longer want to go further.
Now, this interaction is going to be very important since in your previous interactions you've not shown any great deal of interest. Therefore you will now be attempting to undo that seemingly self conscious/ meek impression that she started to cement of you by the intensity of this interaction. Hence you need to escalate hard and fast(eyecontact, smiling, maintaining voice tonality and cadence, creating sexual tension).
If you can escalate all the way into your bed from right then that would be great; but if the situation doesn't allow it, just invite her over or invite her out somewhere, and keep building the tension throughout the experience. (You would've already accomplished the goal of giving her a taste of your intensity)
You prob already look like a shy guy by the failing to have a proper convo with her so far so this interaction will ensure that the strength of you personalty is conveyed properly.
Dont worry about failure, most people especially in close proximity are willing to forgive and forget any fuckups once they like you or at least find you interesting.

Yea definitely. I told myself the next time she comes out I’m starting up a convo.
I’ve had so many chances to say something but my balls always drop. I’m a junior car salesman so this is supposed to be easy for me.
The funniest one is when she came out in a bikini pretending to go through the mailbox for 2 minutes when there was nothing in there.

Not sure how you usually game women, but I try to have sex on date 1, within 60 minutes of starting the date..
So what, she lives 4' away..
I personally would still try to do the same.. but that's just me..
If that doesn't work for you, then treat it more like a platonic thing.. but make subtle moves and look for signs..
If the signs are there, push for sex.
