I would think thats very freaky and scary because you know how they look like and you know what car they drive. Some might say that it's a unique approach but it look more bad than good. If anything try to have small talk if given a chance.

Lastly just talk to her. Fuck what anyone says about not approaching in the gym. It works for me all the time. Don’t make excuses and stop trying to look for the easy way out by leaving a note. Go talk to her before another guy who’s more confident does first.
