It’s not about when you meet them it’s where you meet them , be with someone who benefits you and make sure you can do the same . A lot of people through around the word high value , while I don’t want a high value . You can add value in to my life but I want a high quality girl which for me would be someone who is in the same time as I am maybe I meet her ina book store or in a dance class or Idk but regardless if I meet her or not I’m still improving myself and the day we come across I’ll just be legendary . You’re not missing out on much when it’s in the nightlife .. just a even more feeling of emptiness . I can say that with too much experience .

I think its a mix of both and it depends on your focus and your goals.

If you know youre going out often enough I dont think you need to beat yourself up about it and similarly I think it would be counterproductive to your goals - I feel as though girls would sense that you are pushing yourself out there to speak to them and it could come across as a more relaxed energy if you're actually doing it because you want to have a good time naturally.

Force yourself a bit more in the beginning probably when you need the practice, but then just find your stride and go with the flow.

I pretty much don’t go out at all because I’m in no position to be going out and advertising the shitty underdeveloped product that is myself. Hopefully your situation is different though. I’d try to make more of an effort if I were you . And don’t feel bad about staying in
