Do it Yogi. Ask her for coffee or tea after class or ask her if she wants you to stretch her out after doing a double downward dog. 😅

Put some options on the table for her. See if she picks one up. If she don’t, you never really asked and this can plausibly deny and continue with your studio.

Break this down for me… I’m thinking of askin her to go boardin cuz she goes same days as me.

An example:
“Hey I hear the waves are great at _____ around ____ (am/pm). I’m gonna go check it out. Sounds like it would be a great time……”
You can tailor this to suit you needs. Let it hang in the air a brief moment to see if she says something like “sounds cool! See you there” either way you go and if she shows it’s now a date. If she don’t then I would take it as a sign that she ain’t that interested.
And if she says something to the effect of “are you asking me out on a date?” You really have only one option:
Look her dead in the eyes and say: Yes.

Don't ask out women who's job it is to be nice to you. Ask out any of the literal thousands of other women you see on your daily routine. It's such a scarcity mindset to ask out employees currently working, girls you work with, girls you've been friends with a long time, etc...

Disagree.
It has nothing to do with a scarcity mindset.
If you like a girl, go shoot your shot.
You just need to be socially calibrated - you don't ask a girl out the same way as a random girl on the street.

The difference is that asking out the girls I listed can have profound social consequences within your social circle, or just really put a girl in an uncomfortable spot at her work or another situation she can't escape. It's.scarcity mindset. It's forgetting that there are a billion fish in the sea, and instead fixating on or two in your routine.

That's because you don't know how to ask a girl out in that type setting.
It's your lack of knowledge on how to do it correctly, where you won't put her in an uncomfortable spot.

I totally get what your sayin. I ask out everyone, I don’t care for that mindset, but it’s what the studio has to offer me. That’s what I value most.
Frankly if a girl gets off put by me asking her out because of her moral boundaries, not my problem, it should be flattering.

If you're worried about getting any flack from talking to this girl - go with more of a nice guy friend hang out when you talk to her - once you get the number - then go back to regular game.
