In my 20s I was the nice guy, the best friend, the 'you're like a brother '. I watched as all my male co worker's and friends causally bagged 8s, 9s and 10s. I would listen to girls moan about thier boyfriends to me....'I wish they were more like you'. Fast forward 10 years, I studied 'the game', I'm still a student but I would say I'm intermediate / advanced. I changed my habits, lifestyle, job. I still get AA, but I'm bagging 8s, 9s, and 10s. I am now sexually desirable by women, not just a door mat.
