Find girls that are okay with your situation or that think it's cool. Usually that means the more freespirited kind of girl. If you're also attracted to them, go and find places where they are. Sports groups, meditations sessions, something else? Not familiar with your surroundings. For finding them you can usually use MeetUp or FaceBook.
Also, on Tinder, don't bring it up then. First show them you're not a loser guy who lives out of his car because of neccessity but because it's chil. If you show them you're not the loser on a date, then you can bring it up. If the girl absolutely must know and brings it up you can joke about it. If she persists it must be such a dealbreaker for her and she probably wouldn't be a good fit for you at this time of your life anyways.

Thanks for the tips man. I'm thinking of just abandoning tinder for the summer, it's hard enough to get responses on there even when I have a house, consistent phone service, and showers.

No worries. If you do decide to continue with Tinder make it so that your profile is geared towards matching with girls that fit your current lifestyle. If you have all kinds of fancy dinner pictures, small chance you´ll find girls that want a guy living out of his car. Tailor your profile to the girl you want to attract and that might be attracted to you. :)
