Approach girls that you find attractive, you'll gather experience and you'll find out what works, don't worry about rejection, be masculine, and when you're speaking to them have a goal(go home with them, go in your car, go to starbucks) or get their number for another day, texting should be used for setting up dates, you can get to know her irl but make your intentions clear with body language, break the touch barrier with a high five etc, and eye contact is important

Thats why confessions of feelings aren't the best idea. Save them for when you've been dating and having sex for a few months.
Wtf should I do?
Focus on self development, go meet, date and fuck other girls. Maybe she sees that and gets jealous and wants to date you or maybe not. Who cares -aim for girls that are an upgrade over her.

Friendzone her without any expectation she will become more. Treat her like a friend and talk to her about the other women you are interested in. Maybe she will help play matchmaker. It's very powerful to have a woman on your side.
Maybe jealousy or the threat of losing you will force her to step up (again have no expectation of this, but it's a possibility). Or maybe it will reveal she doesn't give a fuck about you. Regardless, chasing other women is the answer.
