I'm not a fan of using my Aspergers as an excuse. It give everyone with Aspergers a bad name and it it harmful for those whom have more difficulty than I.

Not an excuse, more like a tool. Just use it to give yourself permission to be more bold or extroverted than usual.
Incidentally, does Aspergers difficult to gauge women's feelings toward you?
