I think your friends are right. Making her late because you want to drop some lines on her isn’t exactly endearing.

I definitely do understand that man but I feel like it’d be way worse to just not even take a chance. You feel me? You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take and if I just take a chance there’s always a chance that shit goes positively.

Yeah, I say go for it. Minimize potential regret. Just try to be a bit more direct, and show that you are socially aware by aknowledging her time time constraint. Don't run any fancy routines.
Open direct. Tell her that you see her sometimes and you wanted to go talk to her.
Aknowledge that there's a time constraint and that you'd like to get to know her better.
Close.

I feel so shitty. I hyped myself up all day and told myself I was going to just talk to her even if it was for a second. I just wanted to atleast introduce myself. Then when the time came and she started walking towards my direction I just froze up. Now I’m even more motivated for tomorrow thought because I know the worst possible outcome of rejection can’t be worse than this feeling I have right now. I just feel so upset with myself because I’ve walked up to girls so many times before. I have no idea why I’m freezing up with this girl. I know I can do this and I will prove it to myself.
ALSO
Going off your advice would it be a good approach to walk up to her and basically say something along the lines of “I see you around a lot and just wanted to say hello. I understand you have class right now and don’t want to hold you back but I would like to talk a bit more sometime if you’d like. “ Then id close by just exchanging names and telling her to have a good day and that I’d see her around.
Honestly I think this situation is a bit more hard for me because I’ve never really approached girls who were absolutely foreign to me. Usually I know a bit about them and therefore I’m able to start a conversation easily. I literally know nothing about this girl though lol. She might hate me or she might have a boyfriend for all I know but I’ll never know unless I try.

Don't beat yourself up over it. Don't overthink it. You'll feel better having approached than not.
Could try something direct like: "I don't want you to get to class late, but I see you around here sometimes and think you're cute. What's your name?" "I'd like to get to know you better. Are you free to grab coffee later?"
Next time, don't even think about words. Just make eye contact and walk up like you're about to say something. Then, wing it. You can even ramble stream of consciousness, and you'd learn more than not approaching. "Oh shit, I forgot what I was going to say.... Well, that's awkward..... I've seen you around and think you're cute, and I'd be kicking myself if I didn't come talk to you." Like legit whatever comes to mind. Don't worry about being awkward. Just see what happens.

I’m gonna be honest. Your words had me super hyped all day. I was so ready to do it. I was waiting around where I usually seen her and she never showed up today lol gotta wait til tomorrow now but the good news is that I now feel motivated enough to do it. I’m not even sure if she’ll react positively to it but you never know. It’s most certainly worth a shot

On the actual stop some people are advising me to give a compliment while others are saying not to. I personally think I will compliment her on something if I notice anything in particular that really sticks out.
I really like your advice on the mindset though and I completely see where you are coming from. Obviously we can’t act like a complete jerk but we also have to show others that our presence is valuable or else they will not care about out.
Do you have any advice on how to broadcast these kind of confident signals out for her to notice?
Actually any advice for just keeping that confidence in general lol I generally do feel a lot of love for myself and I do feel like I have a lot to offer but idk it’s like when I see her I retract into a she’ll and forget about every bit of self confidence I had. Any tips for staying confident?

Just to clear it up a bit the campus I see her at is very small!! The parking lot isn’t a far way off as it is literally like right there at the entrance of the campus. It’s a very small parking lot as well. A Walmart parking lot makes this parking lot look like nothing lol but with that being said I completely understand what you mean and a large majority of the time when I see her it’s at the campus entrance as she’s entering into the building and I’m leaving.
I’ve definitely noticed her noticing me before and whenever she walks past me I always see her slightly peep back to see if I’m still looking at her. Honestly this could either mean something great or terrible but it’s worth pursuing.
How’s your situation going though??? When do you plan on approaching her?

Hey man listen. I go to college and I talk to random girls all the time. This is what you should do: go straight up to her and ask her where she’s going, if she’s going to class then tell her that you will follow and that you want to ask her a couple questions for a class or project. FIRST question to ask her is, what’s your biggest fear? This gets the girl thinking , if she’s having a hard time thinking of an answer then you can tell her your biggest fear. Try to see if you can continue the conversation based off her answer. THIS IS THE ICE BREAKER. Now that you’ve guys talk a little, start asking for her name, what she’s studying etc. to keep the convo going . If she’s interested in you she might ask you some questions back. If she doesn’t, try to ask her other questions like what’s her hobbies, clubs. Girls love talking about themselves, remember that.
If you reach the end and arrive to her class this is where you can ask her for her number/Snapchat. A good example would be “you know you’re a really cool person to talk to, how about we go get coffee sometime and chat more, it’s on me.” This line is perfect. You make her feel awesome by saying she’s a cool person (wouldn’t you feel awesome if someone said you’re a cool person to talk to?). And second you’re offering free coffee to her. Girls love coffee (especially if it’s gonna be free from Starbucks lol).
Hopefully this helps, remember if she’s really attractive, you bet your ass guys come up to her and ask for her number. You have to approach her differently.
