When you concentrate about what not to do you will be focusing on those things and it will get you into your head even more, so actually you will be doing the things that you think you should not do. My personal advice is just focus on being at ease with yourself and your surroundings, your body language will be following that anyway. Underlying reasons of most of the guys have bad body language is they don't have awareness of their feelings and what's going on inside of them. When you are aware of what is going on and get yourself content and start enjoying your time with people around you and most importantly yourself, you won't have to worry about your body language, you will already be conveying yourself charismatically.
