More for building mental resilience but in a better environment. Realistically think about how often do you get insulted and whether you could emotionally handle insults better if you experience them more.

Instead of doing this I would advise you to focus on building skills/hobbies/physicality, that would be more beneficial to you than this.
What you're talking about will come with age, you can't fake pain.

"building skills/hobbies/physicality" takes days/weeks/month. His social freedom exercise can be done within one hour. It's a good reference experience to have to show yourself that nothing to bad happens when you do stuff like this and to care less when other people judge you.

Yeah I remember this. It was called middle school and highscool. Being a fat asian kid wasn't the look. Lmao. Pretty sure i developed some serious self image issues as a result
