this is how i see it.

you can ask her out and if she says yes, you win. you now have an awesome new girlfriend!

or you can ask her out and if she says no, you still win. you now know it simply wasn't meant to be and you can get on with your life.

rejection doesnt mean you can't be friends without it being awkward, you're both adults here.

Just a heads up, girls look for rebound guys immediately after getting divorced. She could be acting out of loneliness / lifestyle change more than feelings for you. She could have feelings for you, but shes also going to be going through many other emotions.
