It doesn’t happen all at once you just get comfortable being sexual like riding a bike
I had a girl over yesterday and she’s like wow you’re just so comfortable with your sexuality and I was like. It wasn’t always that way. She had only been naked around a guy once in her life. Now she walks around my house with just my t shirt on.
I’m not even a bro or anything like that. I just normalized it with her. She came from a conservative family so I did stuff like let her keep her clothes on while she got used to being naked around me.

start sharing more about your thoughts and feelings towards sexuality with close friends. Opening up will feel liberating and contribute to a healing process. It will also strengthen your friendships.
lifting weights and sports in general will help you to ground yourself into your body.
expression in other fields of life is connected to sexual expression: start dancing, drawing, singing or playing an instrument. There will be some carryover.
Try to open up with future sexual partners: The more you open up the greater the chances for a deep and healing experience are.
You could see a psychologist, to find out whether psychological therapy could help. Many school and universities offer services for free for their students.
realize, that the experiences of other people were not perfect either. Try to accept yourself and your needs more and more. Be grateful for the good things in your life.
