Obviously yes, but the question is she wants a BF or a FWB? Just be honest with what you want from her and then go for it. Don't make it complicated.

Your chances are not that bad if she feels lonely because of Corona. And that is not unlikely. But a casual relationship did not make her happy last time, so she probably will feel the same way quite soon and you should not use her. That would be irresponsible and immoral: If she has troubles taking responsibility for her actions, you have to be responsible and reasonable even more.
But you can always contact her and try to have a honest conversation from adult to adult, in which you two talk about your idea and exchange perspectives.
