Don’t force it man. Like you said the less you go out for a day game session you get better results. Just go about your day and approach a girl if you see one you’re interested in, rather than specifically waking up to approach girls so you can try and get laid. We all want to bang new girls man but save your energy and let it come. It’s not the most optimal advice but it’s better for your mental health trust me.
