Wait. So ... how long have you been together? Are you dating women just for sex? Stop dating.
As a policy I generally wont be “dating” or have a more emotionally intimate relationship unless we’ve been having pretty regular sex and are both having a LOT of fun.

Here's a thought. don't break up after sex, but do it before you have sex with someone you want to breakup with.
But either way. breakups are never easy when one person is more invested than the other. There is no right way as such, but being honest about it, is the mature and right thing to do.

I'm more concerned that you keep finding yourself in this situation.
If you're dating them just for the sex, stop. Dating means relationship. Have casual fun with them first and if that chemistry is there and you want to go further, then they get to date you.
