Never ever text with girls what you wanna do with them sexually or how you will arouse them or send them a dickpic because in that moment if you dont know the girl well she will just brush it off and decline a physical meeting. This has been psychologically prooven. Instead you should text casual and just beat around the bush about this fwb relationship. That will be giving her blue balls and make her want you so badly. Sorry champ but i think this one is game over for you.

Just me, but I prefer not to leave it open ended with it being her job to initiate contact again. It's better for her to expect you to reach out, so you don't seem needy if you do reach out like you might seem if you did now.

But as is, just send a message. Maybe she's sick. Maybe she's busy. The worst that can happen is she doesn't respond.
