She sounds like someone who uses texting to tell someone something, not someone who texts just to text. I probably wouldn’t have answered that text either. Not because it was “wrong,” but because it was the natural end of the conversation.

Personally, I try to only use texts for some witty banter of 3-4 messages and for logistics. Talking about your day/what you’re doing over text is boring. Mostly because texting takes a lot of effort to explain things, and if someone is doing something m cool, they don’t want to text you about it because, well, that takes time away from the cool thing they’re doing. It’s much easier to save them until you’re out with someone.

I wouldn’t send another text with an update. Ask her out and then tell her about it when you’re out

Sounds like an incredibly boring conversation, mate. Nothing to take away from this because it’s so bland. It’s like trying to learn something from staring at a wall. There’s nothing to see.

Just remember that girls, especially if they attractive are fucking busy. They're getting bombarded with snaps, DM's and texts from guys and girls, so its usually if girl takes 6-12 hours to respond. Especially when the text convo isnt fire.
