Before I get flamed, I match with a lot of girls off apps and a common conversation is that they’re looking for a relationship and not just casual dating; even if they’re not necessarily looking for a long term relationship.

One girl I met with over drinks told me that she just doesn’t talk to any guy who suggests casual dating/sex to her and that she wants something more involved, although she’s not looking for a husband or anything long term just yet and wants to see how it unfolds.

So I have two questions:

  1. What do these girls actually want? Do they at least want someone who will go through the motions and date in a relationship and make it seem romantic even if it might end at some point in the future?

  2. Are there actually dudes out there suggesting on date 1 that they want casual sex? Seems aggressive to me…
