No, but I wouldn't go too far with it. Kino without IOIs can just creep her out or make her feel threatened (you aren't respecting her boundaries), which is why you try to build attraction before.

However, you can build attraction via kino, you just have to keep it light. See any of Mystery's hand-reading shit or kino-based games, they're all about light kino (touching her elbow, giving her a high-five), etc, as opposed to going for some deep hug or putting your arm around her.

I think part of the reason I never do much kino is because I never feel 'attraction' from her, so I think it'll just create an awkward moment, but I wonder if one should just be bolder in general?

Well yes if she's not attracted kino is not gonna be pretty. You can however do some light kino because you could be misjudging her attraction to you, light punch on shoulder see how she reacts etc. It really depends on the location though as well
Alcohol, if you find shared hobbies to talk about and introduce some drink its doable. Plus it depends on her life situation, if she's recently broken up, sex guaranteed.

What do you mean by IOI? No, you should not do any kino without any indication of interest.

That being said, most of the time you should be screening girls so that their choice to continue interacting with you is an indication of interest. Moving interactions into isolation and being direct with your language should be enough. A girl is very unlikely to get a drink with me, accept me telling her I think she's sexy, or come back to my place without being interested.
