Touch her playfully, see how she responds. Continue teasing and joking around. You want to avoid just being the funny guy though, you could easily fall into the frindzone. Your best shot at moving forward is isolating her. That doesn't mean you have to take her out on a date or anything, you can hang out with her and other frienes and try to get a moment alone with her. At the end of the day, she will either see you as a friend or a potential mate and all you can do is be yourself around her and read her signals.

My first comment was a joke, but here is a serious reply.

Keep teasing and ramping up your flirtatious behavior every time you see her. Make sure you're slightly touching her too when you interact. Get her out alone at some point soon (without friends).

Next time it is going well, I would say something like "you seem pretty fun; we need to hang out after school soon." Put the idea in her head and see what happens. Then I would wait until you interact again to invite her out, to something simple like coffee. This way it's gradual.

If that goes well, say something like "we should hang out again," and then get her out soon and make it someplace dark and intimate, like invite her to watch a movie when you're home alone (if possible). Sit close to her and move from there.
