Single for the first time in my adult life for 4 months. Fuck i've been depressed with no friends and nobody to talk to besides the occasional date but I'm proud that I went out to the bar alone for the first time. I got rejected by a group of two women by offering if they wanted a drink and you know it was fine and had to happen at some point. Not going to the bars alone again tbh, not until I go with some friends for the first time.

But the moment you decide to make the conscious decision to get better

You put yourself ahead of millions, instantly.

You know when I began self improvement I believed this. After about 3-4 years now of improving myself I have been able to turn my life around and become who I wanted to be.

But what I also learned is that none of my personal success had any correlation with how good I looked to women.

I thought that by focusing on improving myself that I'd be putting myself ahead of others and improving. But that fact of matter is that I didn't.

Initially that was a tough pill to swallow, but I've recent come to the conclusion that even though I'm not good looking enough to get women, that still doesn't mean i live a bad life, or that I can't reach the new goals that I just set out now that I've met a lot of current goals.

Being unattractive to women doesn't mean my life can't be awesome.
