She is no 10 don’t put her on a pedestal. Girls don’t like that. There are no 10’s. And then there are many 9’s.
What kind of relationship would that be? Do you want to continue like that? Two dates and you didn’t have sex AND she is not eager to meet? Do you always want to reinitiate, redo the plans? Do you always want to beg her for dates? What hapoens if she ‘friendzones’ you after the next? Or the one after? Or after you are completely heads over heels for her?
It’s your choice but to me that girl wouldn’t be worth all the energy if I would be in your position. There are no girls that can demand that much. Imo, either you are not got good enough to get her or she is just up for games. I believe it’s both. For a girl having a hot fuck buddy is nice. Having some additional orbiters one can consciously or unconsciously play with even better. You are apparently in the latter category. Possibly with prospect to get into the former but that won’t happen by continuing like you do.

If you value yourself and your time then I don't think this chick's worth the hassle.
It's really up to you to define your own boundaries and where you draw the line, what you will and won't accept. Personally, I have a hard time accepting this much resistance like you're receiving from this woman.
Someone who makes you jump through hoops like this is placing a higher value on their own time than yours. Like you'd be oh so lucky to get a chance with her. Fuck that. If you're an awesome dude then it should be the other way around, and she should be showing some appreciation of your time. Who is this chick, the queen of france? I don't care if she's an 11/10, it shouldn't have to feel like pulling teeth just to get a girl out on a damn date.
She sounds like a headache to make plans with, and I doubt that changes much.

I might have an unpopular opinion but keep doing what you are doing. Whatever works is best for both of you. Fuck the rules. Drop the ego.
Ultimately, it's all about the action you get and you seem to be getting some.
