It is a seddit standard that we don't give advice on specific situations, we are here to learn about general seduction methods.

However, I cannot help but respond to this situation. It irritates the hell out of me.

If you made specific plans and she cancels because she set up another date, despite already having plans with you, I would shut her out and absolutely never speak to her again. If you already accepted the rescheduled date, I believe this was an error on your part, it establishes that you were OK with flaking in this way, and that you are her second best choice.

I will quote Miss Manners on this topic.

Young people who are used to casual engagements report being hurt when told they are being dropped for a better offer. Older people who were brought up on the idea of binding engagements but have slipped into assuming that citing work cancels any social arrangements are wrong. The rule about engagements is that chronology is more important than convenience -- the one you accepted first counts, not the one that attracts you the most.

You'll tell her what she did was "socially irresponsible" in a "stern and classy way"? What the fuck did I just read.

She treated you like a fucking doormat, and you bent over and took it like a weakling. Grow a pair, tell her that was a bitch move and walk away. Either she pursues you, and you decide to reciprocate or not, or she doesn't.

Personally, I don't give second chances in cases like this.

Edit: Your title is misleading. You can't drop her. She already dropped you.
