These beliefs are not meant to be some mantra you repeat over and over, you REALLY need to believe them. I already know some of you are going to try to rationalize how they are true (or if they are) but DON’T. Listen, this is YOUR fucking house. This is YOUR reality; they are true because YOU SAY THEY ARE, you do not need to rationalize everything on a logical level.

  1. Anything seemingly negative or painful that comes up, is only coming up to be handled, healed, learned from, released, refined, purified, transmuted, and recycled into pure energy for the achievement of the vision of whom you are already becoming more and more every day.

  2. You always start from at least the very best you’ve done so far or better

  3. I’ll either get what I want or better, or I’ll enjoy the process of learning what I need to in order to get what I want or even better.

  4. The resources I have inside of me are greater than any challenge I may face internally or externally in the outside world.

  5. Granted that I cannot NOT learn, I will select and choose what I am going to learn from any given situation

  6. It not only does not matter what others think about you, it does not matter what you think others think about you.

(I can see this one being misinterpreted; I thought of this during meditation and if properly understood it can be very potent. Its saying that what you think of yourself on a logical and egoic level is irrelevant. Obviously, you should have strong identity, reality and have self worth)

  1. I don’t want or need any external validation

  2. I know my life and energy has inherent value whether other people acknowledge it or not.

  3. A role is just a role, it has no effect on your identity.

  4. Everything is good in some contexts

  5. I have a 100% belief, understanding and faith in my identity; regardless of external factors.

  6. Love yourself and love nature and they will love you back; these are the only entities that matter.

  7. There are 2 types of people in the world. People who love you, and people who don’t realize they love you yet; they are too blocked by their pain body and their life situation to realize this. When you are %100 authentic, you are so awesome how could someone NOT love you.

I can’t take full credit; a few of these came as epiphanies to me during deep meditation. A few of them also came from Ross Jeffries, some derivatives from NLP, and summarizations of messages from Tyler Durden. Some of them you may not understand on an intellectual level without previous knowledge (such as the reference to the pain body, which is a topic from Eckhart Tolle). Hope this helps all of you as much as they help me everyday. I live by these.
