It's never been an attraction killer to leave them on read for me. It shows you have stuff going on in your life. Be brief but not short with her.
The only times I've sent a "closure" text was before a date like "see you then"
If you pulled on date then you can make conversation on text but still mostly use it for planning meetups.

Agree for the two first bullet points but you don’t want to text her that you had a great time with her. Let her figure that one out.
Telling her that you had a good time offers no benefit whatsoever, and it dilute some of that ‘’mysteriousness” that you crated. Let her think about you, let her ask herself ‘’did he like me?’’ ‘’Is he interested in me?’’. That helps create attraction towards you. Don’t give her the luxury of saying you had a great time (even if you did). Stay mysterious, stay busy and she will come to you.

In general this is with women that I've met but haven't met up with yet due to time. Texting to set up the hangout/date makes sense then.

Yeah, a lot of people get stuck on trying to build rapport through text but doing that for many exchanges with someone you haven't gone on a date with yet makes it hard to get them out because they become satisfied with just texting. Crazy stuff haha

I guess. Not revealing too much in text is a valuable skill, as it also helps with mystery?

Absolutely! Never show all your cards at the beginning.

There's usually a point where you can leave the text on read without being a dick (like a comment you don't necessarily have to respond to). I generally either send a one-worded response (not a dickish one) or a smiley face or such, when appropriate.

Just be a normal courteous person: "hey I'm just getting to the gym so I'll be out of contact. I'll hit you up closer to our date night, later ;) "
