What’s up y’all. I’m here for some quick advice.

So I’ve been talking to this girl over the summer, and I’m pretty sure we’re both into each other. She’s been sending signals and I’ve been sending them back, sexual flirting over text, etc. We both head back to school soon and plan to hangout together. My question is, in the event that we head back to her place or mine (or perhaps that’s where it all begins), how do I escalate with her? How do I build that sexual tension and seal the deal without jumping the gun, cause there’s not a whole to do in a dorm room, besides watching TV and chilling.
