Whenever I leave a first date I always go for the kiss. Sometimes logistics don't work in my favor so I have to improvise. What I have come up with is the funny line:

"Hey I like to say goodbye European style."

To which they immediately understand what this implies. I usually get a laugh, an ok, and a kiss on each cheek.

If they say no then they are being seriously prude, and you may want to reevaluate seeing them again.

There it is, a simple and effective way to get a kiss on each cheek. If I am feeling bold what I like to do is after the second kiss I am already positioned next to her lips, so I go for the full on kiss.
