Whenever you make eye contact with someone, you hold it until they break it. When talking to a girl, you hold it even if she does break it, so when she looks back at you, she'll see you're still fully focused on her. Can be creepy, that doesn't really matter as long as you learn from the experience. Once you start learning, you can calibrate her reactions and body language to tell if she's uncomfortable with your level of eye contact and back it off a bit. Most girls love strong eye contact, though.

It means that you be normal. Its not a technique you should do consciously. Take that in first.

The advice to hold eye contact was given to anti-social men who don't do it normally. I am sure that if you don't have schizophrenia you are normal.

Its not a technique. It won't create attraction. (Contrary to some people) It only acknowledges the attraction that is already there.
