Well, eye contact isn't so much about demonstrating some kind of aesthetically "good" eye contact to a girl. She doesn't care about that. What she wants to feel is your state- your mindset and emotions, to learn about you. Eye contact is the quickest way to do that.

Also, the reason we keep that strong eye contact is just to apply that good, masculine social pressure- that just comes from you not being afraid of eye contact.

Practicing and becoming unafraid of holding eye contact is what's important, not whether or not you can do it quickly or something like that.
