Kind of an x-post from my question on /r/askseddit, but I'm not getting any response there, so I thought I'd make my effort more broad. How does someone approach a girl on an online social community without being "creepy"?

Perspective (on my /r/askseddit post):

Anyway, recently established that the girl is like a 10/10--she knows it too.

Met the girl at a friend's halloween party last year, we kicked it for a bit, she added me on facebook. Didn't think anything of it, UNTIL I was like "holy shit, this chick's really hot" when I was creeping her FB pictures like three days ago.

Considering that we don't hang out, don't have many mutual friends that can offer a reintroduction, how can I actually approach this girl tactfully? Especially without coming off as a FB creeper(would rather not get grouped in that bunch).
