I'm 20 years old and more of an introvert, I prefer to be alone with my own thoughts and to read or something. Needless to say I have never been good with the ladies because I rarely talked to them due to my lack of confidence, plus I was quiet and keep to myself in social events. About 6 months ago I decided to do something about it, I read a few books, watched some videos and went out to put it all in practice. Surprisingly it all worked like magic, I get numbers, k-closes and f-closes now. To achieve this I worked out and started dressing a bit better, but the biggest changes were in my inner game. I started to approach people, both guys and girls, and start talking with them. I am more confident and extraverted now than ever before. The problem is that it doesn't feel like me. Being confident and assertive doesn't feel natural to me, I feel like I am being fake. I am still the person I was before, I still enjoy being alone, reading, science-fiction and all of that stuff. But being social and confident doesn't feel like me and it is making me depressed. Has anyone been in a similar situation or felt the same way?
