I'm honestly just looking for thoughts or helpful links from /r/seduction.

I'm a university sophomore. In high school, I was basically a nerd. I didn't have many friends or much of a social life. I trained a lot for swimming. I had a long-term gf, but things never got too sexual with her. When I came to university, I didn't care too much about trying to get action. I had one hookup. Didn't socialize much in first semester, but getting rushed by one of the fraternities in January turned that around.

At some point last summer, I started really craving some sort of action. No clue what triggered it, but I asked a close friend of mine to give me advice on how to generally improve. I've come a long way since then. The only thing I still seem to struggle with is being way too apprehensive and overthinking stuff. I'll have a girl all over me, but for some reason I'll pussy out and get nothing but her number. I've been dating a bit, but every girl I've gone out with has dumped or been dumped by someone in the last month (i.e. not interested in anything)

For some reason, fucking up gets me into the mindset of "I gotta get laid" which is BAD. Not being in that mindset has gone well, but I find it tough to stay in when I mess up and lose someone who was into me. The other issue I have is just not being able to make a move for some reason. I can get all the way up to the point where any guy would go in and kiss her, but I don't. Any thoughts on how I can fix either of these issues?
