Not sure it’s true. Most of women I know are not motivated by sex and definitely are not interested in getting laid as much as men

Last night I finally said I'm done trying to not accept the fact that these chicks want to get laid as much as us men do.....
The trick is not really "accepting" that girls want it. Though this is close.
The complete truth is that people, which includes men and women, are into sex.
Some people will want sex with you. And it's like a Venn diagram. There's going to be an intersection there; some of those, you'll also want to have sex with.
The trick is, you can't know on sight, which is which. This cuts both ways. You can't assume if she wants it, so you have to go interact with her.
But if she wants it, she'll generally work with you if you're paying attention.
But if she doesn't want it, she'll also make it clear.
