I just finished it today and I think that it will be these:

In order to create a favorable environment to attract women you need to:

Create an attractive and appealing lifestyle (this is basically, working on you before working on others).
Overcoming your fears and anxiety around women (more like, working on you "emotionally", addressing your personal issues, recognizing'em and learning to be vulnerable. Contrariwise to what we may think, being vulnerable it's an important step in building a real connection with women.)
Mastering the expression of your emotions and communicating fluidly (Do you have an attractive lifestyle? Are you okay with your issues and fears? Now, act accordingly and communicate your intention properly).

It's an amazing book. I knew Mark from The Subtle Art of not Giving a F*ck and I can't really tell you which of these two books is my favorite.
