The two man mission is a delicate art form . You have to let the women lead a bit but you can't be passive. The phrases " if I'm being weird just let me know and we can always change the subject or do something else" and " you still good ? How you feeling ? " are two phrases you want to memorize and repeat throughout the day.

That being said I would use the old pickup mindset of logistically escalating by bouncing around from venue to venue ( mall , park , parking lot , bus etc.. ) until you have reason to go to somebody's house .

Once you're in the house I would use an excuse to take her to another room and see how she responds. I f she wants to be physically close ( like hugging and handholding not just brushing up against you ) then you can relax a bit and maybe talk about sex or go for a kiss If she is distant, ( moving away when you get close or trying to go across the room ) basically accept defeat and tell jokes or other stuff for a few minutes then say something like we should go back to the others.

I would say sexually escalating and flirting is pretty easy as a teenager but I noticed Alot of boys play around alot and tease with sexual stuff and they need to be more mindful that even though she's your friend and an equal shes still a girl and social pressures might not always allow her to express herself fully

Ex: body count is a very serious matter and I wouldn't joke about somebody having X amount of bodies ,being a virgin or having sex with somebody else.

Edit : to clarify I would say sexually escalating is region dependent , friend group dependent and vibe dependent. Some kids use sexual innuendos , some kids slap ass , some kids whisper in each other's ears, some kids play sexual would you rather or spin the bottle , and some kids barely do any of that but have the girls initiate the contact. I would hold back but be close to whatever is normal in your area.
