I saw a girl in my gym who I went to school with growing up and she was a grade above me. We locked eyes and smiled, but she was with her friend so I was gonna approach when her friend was somewhere else. I got lucky and she ended up taking the bench right next to me, and her friend went to another area I started chatting and was absolutely flowing for about a minute. She mentioned she had seen/heard about some sucess I have had in the last year or two and I made her laugh making a niche reference about our Elementary School. I paniced however and kind of out of the blue mid conversation I asked her if she wanted to join me the next morning in the gym even tho she already said she works every week day. She obviously said she was busy with work (it was evening when I saw her) and I was really nervous so I simply said “ok cool, nice to see you have a good workout” and let her be. If I see her again is it a good idea to chat and maybe not be so direct? Let me know what you guys think
