At the beginning of your date talk about random lighthearted topics and don't barrage her with too many questions so that she won't feel that she's in an interview. Just talk about random fun stuff and spend some time climbing in that jungle gym and just make having fun in general your top priority. Tell her some funny stories or experiences from your life, ask her about fun stuff from hers and so on - it all has to be very lighthearted at the beginning. After a while, try to get some light touching (kino) into the mix, by maybe helping her climb stuff in that gym, lifting her up, nudging or pushing her playfully at appropriate times and so on. The point is to get her accustomed to your touch, so that eventually when you make a more intimate move later in the date, she will not freak out and it will be expected as a natural progression of the date. Don't forget to tease her a lot during your date - girls absolutely LOVE IT, and they will instantly see that you're an awesome guy, since low-status guys would never tease a girl.

Then when you're more comfortable with each other, let's say after a half-hour to an hour, start getting to know each other on a deeper level, by having more serious conversations about stuff that you actually care about. If your prior conversations and actions were lighthearted and you had fun during your date, she will definitely open up to you when you later try to get to know her on a deeper level, because she will already be attracted to you a little. Just make up a list of what you like in girls, what characteristics and values you like in them and that are important to you, and ask the girl about them at this point in the date. It's important you don't do this at the beginning of the date tho, cause that would just be weird.
Then when you've gotten to know each other, you will have built a lot of comfort and trust, and the girl will be invested in you at this point, because she also shared stuff about herself. After that she will be much more comfortable and attracted to you, assuming your date was fun and not boring, and you can then start getting more frisky and sexual. Make your teases more sexual, start getting the conversation onto more sexual topics, for example by asking what she thinks of the book 50 Shades of Grey, and she will start thinking about sex. And since you're the guy she's on a date with, she'll start projecting those thoughts towards you. Then just find a more private place at the gym to sit down and kiss her, because she will already be wanting it. Then it's time to take her home or whatever else you have planned

All this is assuming you had a very fun and great start to the date, which isn't exactly easy to describe here. Be normal and focus on having fun. Being stuck in your head will not help you. Jungle gym as a first date is already a unique experience so you don't need to go out of your way to stand out.

Climbing is also a great way to break the physical barrier between you guys so I would take advantage of it. If you are not sure about something test the waters by holding out a hand and seeing if she grabs it. It's better to kiss and apologise than to ask for permission.

You'll be fine on your date, you're just overthinking it.
