Been a lurker and learned a lot on seddit here, but one thing I'm curious about, and maybe overthinking about, is interacting during the cab with your date while moving between locations.

We'll be meeting up to start the night at a museum, then the plan is to hail a cab/uber and get drinks at a bar afterwards.

I'll be working in a bunch of kino and I'm not worried about conversation for the hour at the museum, but once we get in the cab, how do most people sit in this case? If she gets in and scoots over to the other side, do you move over and sit in the middle seat so you can be next to her? Throw my arm around her casually when I get in or make that move while chatting? It seems like it would be awkward if there is space in between and it would dampen any good kino prior to getting in the cab.
