It's happened to me more than once. There's no way to tell ahead of time, but I never recommend dinner for the first date for this reason. I usually suggest coffee or a drink, and I always limit the time ahead of time to one hour. If the date isn't going well enough, I can just bail with a preplanned excuse. It also gives her the option to do the same. If it's going really well, "my friend cancelled", so the evening opens up for us.

This is the entire point of "seduction" in a nutshell. It's not about tricks, it's about being the best version of you possible.

How about 30 voicemails, 20 text messages, and 60 missed calls over a 1-hour period? Oh, and we had just met earlier that day. I'd take Ryan Pants girl any day over this one.

You're flat out wrong. Results trump theory. It works for getting laid. Is it an "optimal" method designed to appeal to all women? No, it's a specific technique which is successful in attracting certain types of women.

This happened to me recently. Was at a casual acquaintance's house for a party. There was a woman there that I've seen a few times, and know her through other people. We had made eye contact at previous times we met, but never spoke. This time I caught her gaze and held for a second, smiled, and walked up to her and introduced myself. She was stammering at first, and not making a lot of sense -- I casually put my hand on the back of her upper arm: it's a subtle control move, but it's also very r…

Why not both? Seriously, there's no reason not to day game and social dating app too. My best sex partners have always been day gamers, partly because they see me as more committed -- a comment I ofter hear from Tinder girls is something like "is that what you say to all the girls?" projecting their insecurities, etc.

It's simply not possible. For some girls you will be the number one choice. For some you will never be. Really hit it off with a very attractive girl, we went out once and she commented more than once that I reminded her of her cousin. Of course when we were making out this got weird for her. Girls are weird. You never know what they'll like. There is no silver bullet.

Not necessarily accurate. Yes, confidence and body language send signals, but words are baseball bats. If you use the word "date", it comes with a set of rules. So yes, your non-verbal cues are critical, but your words can do the most harm (and only neutral to slight good.)

Sex is mental for women, they have to be in a certain frame of mind. That's what foreplay is for. Can women just up and fuck like a guy? Sure. Is it fun? Maybe. Again, communication is the key. If you can't talk explicitly about sex during the act, what's the point?

Report back when you've met her a second time or have hooked up with her. That's the challenge. So many first time encounters seem great, very little followthrough.

Personality and circumstance are also fluid. he's at a time in his life that he can be fit, confident, have a motorcycle, carefree life, etc. -- and use it to his advantage. 5 years later, longer commute, needs a car, can't work out as much, gets flabby, Hair loss accelerating... He wouldn't be able to Pull the same girl. Key point is to maximize your current circumstances towards enjoying life and having sex.

Same with texting. Use Tinder as a way to meet people in real life only, anything else is superfluous and/or just serving as a validation tool for some women.

PM me and I'll help you, seriously. I want to share some of the lessons I've learned. I don't claim to be a PUA, but I've gotten good (via experimentation) at having a likeable profile, getting numbers and arranging meetings/hangouts (I never call it a date).

When I travel, I'm more direct in my approaches. The reason for this is that I typically am time restricted, and have absolutely no long term interest in anyone I would meet. So my interactions via Tinder are very direct. After maybe two or three introductory messages, I recommend meeting up that night or the next. It's "spontaneous", a little exciting, and it's usually much more dynamic than those meetups that occur after a lot of chit chatting. So now I just go direct everytime. Some women are…

He did say "ready" to walk away. Look, if a girl is just going to shit test you non-stop because she feels like you might be faking your confidence, then you should also be willing to walk away. I do it all the time when the manipulation starts -- it looks like shit tests at first. I don't have any patience for manipulative women.

there's some element of truth to this approach. I've noticed in situations where the naturally occurring we would have a kiss but that maybe got interrupted or something else came up, we were both looking forward to doing it again. This was also especially true if there was a really nice kiss before dropping her off at the end of the evening, it also has the advantage of making you look like a decent guy. having said all this, I wouldn't force the situation -- if she's really into the making out…

Here's an example. You suggest going back to your place at the end of an evening, she says "I don't have sex with guys I just met." Normally you might feel embarrassed because she called you out. Instead you'll want to roll with it and say "I don't have sex with guys I just met either." or "Slow down there, ferrari!" Make it seem like she's being aggressive, in a playful tone. Basically keeping it playful, even when you're embarrassed.

Pro-tip: looks only matter slightly. Think of it as a flash of wow, but quickly they need to know whether you'll meet their inmediate needs. In a sea of beta AFCs, a confident and capable man rises above. Talent and skill demonstrated is an attraction multiplier. Many women are sapiosexual, demonstrate your intellectual prowess and fortitude of wit -- and you might have elicited the deep throb. Some women have told me: "my pussy was throbbing after our first meeting... i couldn't wait to have yo…

Isolate. Girls have this weird social slut shield in small towns. But they're also bored to death. So pick a girl you like, ask her to go out somewhere fun, safeish but also where none of her friends are likely to be. I find hiking or picnic by the river are good choices.

This was also almost word-for-word my experience with Tinder too. However one difference: I'm not too attractive maybe a 6 objectively. I've got some points that are an 8 or 9 to some women, but also a serious 4 on something else. I do much better on the west coast (US) than the east coast, easily by a factor of 10. In the south, I do better by a factor of 3, but the quality of women is lower. Having said that, my entire purpose is to whittle it down to one woman. So what you've described isn't …

Sounds like an excuse. Just because you hypercriticize some feature of yourself doesn't mean that she will. I have some particular features that honestly turn off a good number of women. I'm okay with that. No-one is universally attractive, not even Rick Steves! So it's a statistics game: keep approaching until you find a working combination. May the odds be ever in your favor.

Actual asian fetishist here. I get asked this occasionally, but only after I have mentioned or hinted at any of the following: (a) any previous asian girlfriend, (b) any experience with asian culture, and (c) highlight any of their features associated with "asians" (e.g., how black and shiny her hair is). It almost never comes up during the attraction phase, and if it does I see it as a shit test. "Of course, just like you only date white guys."

What really works for me in these situations, is to just not say anything at all if my mind is going wild. I will just say "yeah?" and continue listening, or allow the silence, which builds tension. A few moments of silence helps keep things calibrated too. Then you can loop back on some key pharasr or words she said earlier. if you're under the assumption of attraction, then she is going to be "inner monologing" as well. so I always just assume that she's just as nervous too, that makes the who…

It can be anything non-creepy and something that you wove into an earlier conversation. I've simply said "lets go hang out at my place." Usually you'll want to "show her" something interesting, watch a show together, etc. By the way, don't pick a movie that is too intense or romantic.

70 in four years? That number seems low to me, especially for someone who is actively trying. The key to college girls is being confident and fun. College girls don't want to settle down, they know that this is party time. They want a man who fully understands that. Most of his language seems to indicate he's already fairly attractive. But what is attractiveness? If he dressed down, had a bad haircut, had scraggly neckbeard, always looks sullen or down... still the same guy, but outward appearan…

38 here, still dating / hooking up with very attractive women in their mid-20s up to late 30s. It depends on your perspective. Look at it this way, you've got at least the next 10 years to become the best version of yourself that you can be. Women flock to men who are mature, confident, well built, well dressed, speak candidly and act independently. This is absolutely true in my experience. I often pre-empt this discussion as follows: "hey, we're close to my place, i want to show you that interesting thing i'm passionate about -- but no funny business, okay? :)" So in her mind this plants the sex possibility but makes her wonder why you aren't going to make that move. So many times women have complained to me that they wish their last dates had made the moves. Women generally do not want to be aggressive sexually, but they do want to get fu…

have you ever used Tinder? it only makes one part, the most trivial part of seduction, easy. The opening. after that it's everything else that makes seduction a challenge. You have to establish a rapport. You have to build comfort. You have to get her to meet you. Believe me, getting a girl to meet you is quite difficult sometimes. A majority of them are there just boost their egos, and have no actual intention of meeting anyone. so why don't you give it a shot, spend about a month on Tinder, an…

I think the advice that I have here is that you have to get used to touching girls. So the best way to practice this is the find girls who you may not necessarily like but who are interested in you, and then just practice simple Kino. hell you could even ask them about, how they feel comfortable being touched -- what a guy should do to make them feel more comfortable about being touched, etc. Find a "trainer girl" maybe a good friend who is sympathetic to you. every woman I know would be more th…

Hey man, no problem. So the first thing you got to do you got to set the tone for the date via Tinder or via email or text. normally I would never recommend this for regular pick up, because text game is usually of lower value than face-to-face. However the nature of Tinder is, text game. so you've got to establish the following: that you're confident in yourself, nothing can faze you or make you feel defensive, that you're willing to ask and answer tough questions, you are fun and playful, you …

Here's the thing about "Naturals" -- they had practice too. They just didn't see it as practice.. They saw it as having fun and talking to girls they found attractive. For them, it's a Natural thing to do, talk to cute girls and flirt with them. Getting "blown-out" isn't even a thing, because they have no real vested interest in the outcome of the interaction, they're in it for the interaction itself. Women are so used to guys eyeballing them but not having the nerve to approach. When a guy does approach, and he does so in a non-creepy way, that's really unusual and memorable. /r/seduction19/06/13 05:44 PM

I'm inclined to agree with you on the deletion part, that's excessive. I can totally get behind the banning of further posting of the video, but I can't really get behind deleting comments about the action. Responsibility for your actions, as a leader of a community, ThrowawayPUA has to be able to take the good with the bad in equal stride. (Plus that's a good "alpha" characteristic -- giving value and rolling with the punches).
/r/seduction19/06/13 05:43 PM
0

The point isn't to get people not to watch the video, it's to get people to stop posting it. As OP/mod said, it's the fact that it's being posted over and over that triggered the problem and also the fact that everyone in the video is being paid to behave a certain way...
/r/seduction19/06/13 05:38 PM

Seems irrelevant to the point ThrowawayPUA is making -- it doesn't matter whether it's publicity stunt or not; it's not teaching seduction founded on core principles. If it were Russell Brand in disguise going out and picking up random women, then I would argue that it would be relevant. A group of paid actors in a room interacting with each other doesn't teach anyone anything (about seduction).

Alright, I'll be the one to say it. You're a douche. I don't mean that in a cunty sort of way, I mean it in a loving "you've gone too far" sort of way. You're crossing over to the dark side of seduction. You're in it for the sex and glory, and that's a slippery slope into a deep abyss. I've been there, and although it seems like fun, it's all superficial. This community is not about fucking as many girls as you can. It's about being the best man that you can be. A real man, not a d-bag that garn…

Just to add to the pile of comments, no girl wants to feel like a slut, it's almost impossible to get a quality girl to get bent on the first date. I've only done it once, and even didn't feel good about it... so I try to go as far as possible the first date, but I do not try to break the LMR. Second date, if she comes over, then it's full on. From the moment she walks in the door, you've gotta be all over her. Up against the wall, full on deep kissing, taking her clothes off while she's taking …

puaCurveBall has it right (and has been saying it for a long time) -- texting as part of your game is really handicapping yourself. It should only be used as a brief means of communication. She texts her friends all the time, therefore, texting is the "friends realm". Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to get her as far away mentally and physically from the friends realm as possible. That way there's no social review, no "rules". Use text to make plans, confirm plans, and that's re…

In a few more weeks, it's going to feel like magic, fucking magic. You are going to say to yourself "is this even real?" You will stand in awe of what you've become. My advice is to maintain your sense of self. Do not change who you are to accomplish your goals, become the best version of yourself. In the long term, this "limit", as it were, will pay off because no-one could accuse you of "being different" or having pretended to be something you're not. So along with your techniques you've learn…

"Hello" begs and equivalent or lesser response. Instead, you want to initiate an escalated response. This is the purpose of openers. This is especially true when approaching an HB9/10 -- who are regularly approached with awkward "Hi"/"Hello" greetings. Instead, you need to show immediate value for her to invest in continuing the conversation with you. I always like to tease / neg a little, reframe, then introduce. It's like the hook in a song, you hook first and early. Then melody, chorus, bridg…

I've never, ever, had a girl get angry or say "no, I'm not." to such an obtuse demand. 90% of the time she laughs at the audacity first, thinks about it while I'm waiting patiently, then says "sure, it'll be fun." "damn right it will be. <smile> I'll pick you up at 7. Wear something you wouldn't wear to church." And walk away. The other 10% is "haha, I'm busy tonight." (since this isn't on askseddit...) JESUS H FUCKING HOLY HELL. Let me recap: A girl notices you weren't in class. You're athletic. She approaches you, after watching your game. And you're wondering what to do? Right now she's probably wondering where your gay boyfriend is. You need to do the following: as soon as you see her next time, I mean literally moments after you see her, walk directly to her, tell her that she's coming to dinner with you tonight.

Great job man, you're on the right path for developing your game. Just wait, in a very short time you're going to have the following problem: How do I juggle 5 girls at one time? I once read about a professional mountain biker who would intentionally slam themself into a tree a few times before a race, simply to get it (or the shock) out of the way during the race. Once you're racing, a tree crash (any crash, really) takes you out of the zone mentally and physically. So crash early and ride hard.

The Calvinball comment reminds me of the Points Game. When I first started pickup, i would always carry a small spiral notebook, really small, but spiral, so you can flip it open. I'd meetup with a girl, and have the notebook out and ready. At completely random times, I would quickly write down a number, such as 5, flip the notebook shut, and keep talking. It only takes a couple of times before they ask -- "whats with the notebook?" "Oh? I am keeping score." "haha, score, what do you mean?" "wel…

I've said it here several times. The best way to get over AA is to open everyone. Eventually you'll have built the necessary tools to initiate, open, hold, and build on conversation. For introverts like me, this required actual training. Training myself to communicate, and continue communicating. I also had to train myself to be aware of body language cues that tell you when to stop talking and start listening (or walk away). The difference between a creepy guy and a cool guy is: (1) conversatio…

I'm not talking about fake smiling, I'm talking about thinking about something that makes you genuinely smile. Eye contact is whole other can of worms. The rule of thumb is to hold a person's gaze until they start to waver slightly, smile and gaze elsewhere while talking about something. It's always tricky, this one. Of course too little eye contact indicates shyness and passiveness, so there's a happy medium somewhere.

The problem is that if your goal is to teach others, you are going to have to break down techniques into digestible chunks. You cant simply tell people to be "magnetic". There is a reason why the methods tauted here work for regular guys, because it these techniques make you appear to be more natural through practice. 100% this. I've almost exclusively dated Koreans / Chinese / Japanese, and all 3 require social isolation before they'll play. No PDA at all, not even like holding hands or kino. Brazilians think we (Americans) are prudes -- I spoke to several women while in brazil about this very topic, and all said that they prefer to have sex with a guy as early as possible, even if he's boyfriend material -- this ensures that the sexual chemistry will be good before wasting a bunch of time in a "relationship". I used to be an apologizer at nearly a canadian level, but I learned that it is stupid to apologize for things that have nothing to do with you. Also, one should never, ever, apologize for their sexual feelings toward a woman.

I'd never say "sorry" to a girl, personally -- but your approach to laughing it off and staying in state is the way to do it.

Nice -- this is exactly how it's done. As soon as you hear "but I have a boyfriend", and she doesn't walk away, you're golden. Also, the fact that you typed this all out on an Ipad makes me respect you even more.

Normally I approach lists with skepticism, and that was no different here. However, I was nodding along with most of these. I'd mix 2 and 3 together, it gets harder, and because of that sometimes you will doubt whether the thing you're becoming is actually real. Especially when it's so effective. My only addition is to take a break if you feel like you're getting out of control. I know guys who have seriously overdone it and become borderline rapists in the process. They started as "nice guys" a…

Just a casual observation, if he's the "AMOG" and this easily discombobulated, I'd say he's not really alpha at all... An alpha would never been in that situation to begin with. I think you're confusing Alpha with "big" or "loud".

It's interesting from a social psychology point of view. I don't see the point of crashing seminars for pickup, but conferences are a completely different story. I've been to many tech/science conferences and the thing that always surprises me is the lack of security. Some of these are $400+ per person to attend. Dressing one click above the rest of the crowd, name tag with a lanyard, carrying a briefcase, having a distracted hurried look -- won't give the security guards time to even look close…

It's pretty rare that I get blatantly shot down, mostly because I never use "canned" openers, except the tried and true "Hi, my name is Nom." Basically as long as you're non-creepy/non-sexual in your opening, she's got no basis for shooting you down.

For me it's the anxiety of dealing with a whole new round of bullshit. Right now, I'm sitting across from a pretty cute Asian girl. I would have zero problem opening, she's sending out IoIs, playing with her hair, looking up at me occasionally. The truth is that I really don't want to talk to her. I'm dealing with enough girls as it is... I'm simply "full".

There are two types of silence, engaged and disinterested. I've experienced both, but it's important to tell the difference. Engaged silence, as the OP describes is when you've already built attraction and rapport, and she's into you. Silence builds mystery. I never "give away" personal information without receiving more in return. Many many times I hear "Gosh, I've told you so much about me, and I don't know anything about you!" The mysterious smile is a clencher in these cases. Disinterested s…

This is an important point: if you're planning on f-closing, you definitely want to stack the probabilities in your favor. Picking a holiday or weekend where the following day the HB will probably have nothing to do decreases the chance that she'll bail due to previous engagements.

This was also featured in Neil Strauss' The Game, IIRC. Here's a goofy but interesting field report on Apoc Opener TL;DR -- it's great for instant attraction, but there's no comfort. If you're remotely creepy, this will definitely fail, so your social proof has to be massive before you try this.

The key here is social proof. If the women see you're friends with the staff, they'll see that as a validation that you're not some random creeper.

So I read through all of the stuff you posted in this thread. I sense that your breakthrough is much more about inner game, which is critical. However, there's no reason you can't use some of the knowledge from the PUA community, especially with regard to closing. Two comments come to mind: Do you really care if she has a b/f? I've never used the direct approach like this before, but it's pretty good for two reasons. In fact, I would approach the comelier of the two girls and deliver the line. Then turn to the hottie and say "Your friend is gorgeous,..." This does two things, it drops the uglier one's bitch shield, and makes the hotter one think "wtf, he's saying that to her?"

Rather than attribute it to some mythical omniscient figure, I think our appearance attracts the "fixer-uppers". These women see men who appear to be slightly disheveled, but with a lot of potential for being a great boyfriend after some work. This is not unlike a guy who sees an old Opel GT and imagines that he can fix it up and get it running better than new. Sometimes it works.

For classier women, I've had the best success at hotel bars, especially when a conference is going on. Brick-and-Mortar Bookstores are a very good second if you like the more bookish types. Don't neglect the romance section. =) Keep it light, fun, and smart -- don't buy too many drinks (supplicating), try to keep it even. The next level of enlightenment is when you no longer require validation to support your fragile ego. I don't mean this in an insulting way, you're still building your sexual identity. Once you've mastered the art, you will be able to control sexuality as the river controls water. Without water, there is no river; but without the river, there is no form. You are water without form. Become the river.

Can you edit this to be more specific about what you're talking about? I have an idea that you might be talking about using a "pickup name", such as Joey in Friends used the name "Ken Adams" -- and there's certainly some psychology behind names. This is why certain famous people change their names, to be more "interesting". "Gordon Sumner" doesn't have quite the same feeling as "Sting" when introducing yourself to someone.

Always bring/have condoms available. Not that they protect against everything, they can frequently make the difference between getting laid or not. I'm confused by the bullet point... But your message is correct. Kino is probably going to be a no-no, at least until you find out how conservative she is, and even then, you're limited to private / semi-private locations where you can test out a few moves. In fact you should never even discuss something a woman has no control over, unless she has broached the subject already. For example, I met a very short girl 4'10" recently, and I didn't make a single comment about her height. I didn't read the article, but I'd say phrasing anything as a "date" stacks the deck against you. I haven't been on a "date" in the past 10 years, but have been with many women. I posted awhile back about story telling, and people sort of poo-pooed it the notion. If a girl is touching you in any way that shows interest, that is your cue that you need to physically escalate AND disqualify yourself at some point. If she shows LMR, take a step back and talk to her about deeper meaning topics. Escalate physically after she seems comfortable. Repeat.

Yeah, this is a critical point and deserves more attention. If she feels threatened or unsafe in the situation, she might just be going along with it out of fear or discomfort of saying no. That can easily turn to sexual assault... however, the OP did the right thing, backing off when she said no, but going deeper with the rapport and comfort building. However, I hate having to reassure them that they arent sluts... every. single. time.. "do you think i'm a slut?" "yeah, pretty much."

This exercise/game feels very beta/AFC -- because you're not focusing on the real purpose of the eliciting a reaction: building attraction and, eventually rapport. All flashy things, whether pickup lines, reactionary statements, neg hits, etc. are to be immediately followed up by some sort of DHV to build attraction. Too much flash, and you're quickly a dork (at best). Flash with no followup makes you look like an idiot. If you have to use more than one reaction-inducing action/statement, on a g…

Adding to what DesignMyself has said: It's important to know the cultural distinctions for the country that you're in. Body language may be different than what you think, so an IOI in one country might be just "friendliness" in another. I guess what I'm saying is "pay attention". Otherwise, the basic rules apply. DHV and Kino are almost universal. Neg hits may completely backfire, especially if you're viewed as a foreigner. Being respectful of culture, language, and food will take you a very lon…

Rule #1 of The Game: DO NOT APOLOGIZE FOR YOUR FEELINGS, EVER. The truth is you've probably waited way too long to show any feelings, and it sounds like you're firmly in Let's Just Be Friends land. Ignore the guys who are beating you up, but you have to realize that if you're interested in a girl sexually, you have to move rapidly to establish yourself in that role, rather than "a nice guy" or "good friend". I've known guys who can get out of LJBF-land, but you'd have to have physical access to …

Just to be clear, I didn't say that you overdo it, I don't know you. I'm just concerned that an AFC will see this and overdo it. I agree that it is good to be aware of your body language and what messages you're sending with crossed arms, looking down, etc... try to correct those weak/submissive postures, instead adopt a more open and confident posture that fits your body style and optimum personality (the personality you have when you're completely in state). Real life example: The president is…

No, it's not. It's like saying "I will use this drill because I'm not afraid of it." Inner game isn't "I'm a sex god who can fuck any woman I want to." That's not what seduction is about, imho. Inner game: "I am my own man. I control my life completely. I live by my rules. I'm confident in myself and my abilities. Women want to be around me because of I am these things."

Body language is important, but one must not force it or overdo it. You must look natural, otherwise it's like watching Jim Carrey -- it might be funny, but how many women do you know have said "I'd love to bang Jim Carrey?"

I've been through the phase that you're describing. I think all PUA's at some point go through that phase. The key point of getting out of it was, for me, to un-game myself. I intentionally dressed shoddily / nerd-like, wouldn't put myself in locations where it was easy to meet women, I even deleted all of the phone numbers in my phone, deleted all of my female e-mail contacts -- when they'd call, I'd say I have a girlfriend now (didn't). Basically turned into a forever alone for about 3 months.…

Well, it sounds like you're probably 17 or 18, right? Relax a little. Chances are that if you're "weird" and the girl still wants to kiss you, you're not as weird as you think. First "date" end: You: "I had a great time!" her:"Yeah, me too!" Then go for the hug (as a reward for her positive response). If she lingers, even for a moment, seal it with a kiss (no tongue, unless she prolongs the kiss or tongues you). Also, never, ever, ever apologize for your feelings, even if she backs off. Laugh it…

Next time I'm in Tokyo (answers my previous question), I'm definitely looking you up for suggestions about where to go. And why are you trying to tell me what i like? ... I did no such thing. I generalized to women, not you specifically. The problem with clueless men is that they would often rather give up vs. being shot down for being clueless. We are changing this, one guy at a time. The only thing I can point to is the success of this idea, prior to learning the Game, getting a girlfriend was typically "luck". After some practice, I could successfully approach attractive women with confidence and much success.…

Is wearing makeup manipulation? How about wearing a little black dress, a low cut shirt, an enhancing bra? No. You're displaying your "femininity" in a way designed to maximize attraction. Of course, you don't rationalize it in this way to yourself, but it is important if you want to increase your attractiveness. Just as very few guys likes a girl with greasy hair, acne face, fat, lazy, wearing sweatpants and flip-flops; you'll readily admit that men who are confident, well dressed, assertive, a…

Actually, it's less than that according to the way it is worded. You have a 33% chance that they'll pick the right coin, and on top of that, a 50% chance it will be heads or tails. 50% x 33% = approximately a 17% chance of guessing it. There's gotta be a way to increase those odds through suggestion or other trickery. Nevertheless, the whole purpose of magic tricks and other such types of openers is that it significantly reduces the "creep detector". Because you're approaching with something har…

This "bullshit" of turning away, while it sounds contrived in this little cartoon, is massively powerful. You cannot rely on verbal communication alone when it comes to seduction. In fact, body language, alone, can be very seductive. Eye contact, touching, how you stand, hold your arms, hands out of pockets, etc. I agree though that the "lines" aren't that interesting. I've never used pickup lines, but I do use "fluff" stories or statements I go to again and again to build attraction. My style i…

I'm not sure I agree with the notion that paying "less attention" to women somehow garners you more attention. It's counter to the fundamental aspects of the game: To open, to engage, to escalate, to close. All of these require increasing levels of attention paid to the woman (which, after all, is what she really wants).
/r/seduction16/04/11 06:20 PM
2

This is a good point, once eye-contact is made with a woman, you really have 3 to 5 seconds to open. A smile can be an open, but only if you stop to talk to her. If you're making eye contact from a long distance approach, then by the time she gets to you it's probably creepy.

It depends on whether or not you want to be considered a pussy (or care). I always look big motherfuckers in the eye, but not "stare them down", I don't glower or get all cocky. Most of the time I get a nod or a 'sup'. I give it back. Sometimes, I get that look that says "whatchu lookin at punk-ass?" I just keep on truckin', while hauling a little bit more ass. The more you convince yourself that you're "terrible with women" the more it will be true. Step #1 for you should be to get over yourself and start being awesome. Spend some time reading through as much "inner game" material as you can. (1) stop apologizing for and qualifying your thoughts and actions. You are a man. You are a sexual being. Women want sex. Therefore, women want what you have. There is nothing to apologize for. You don't drink, that's fine. Just say "I don't drink." if someone gi…

There is a fine difference between holding a gaze and staring, same as between shaking someone's hand and holding it just a little too long. Tip 1: never look down when you're walking. You know sometimes the best advice is also the most simple. Eye contact is crucial. This is ingrained in our brains, women detect this stuff. I tested this recently -- any guy who walked into the coffee shop, I would hold his gaze until he looked away. Some of these dudes would snap me like a twig. But they weren't In the mindset, so they demurred. The girl next to me, who I hadn't opened on ( a little too young), struck up a conversation with me. Smiling confidently... not easy to do. Agreed, I wasn't clear in my wording. For me, personally, I open the same way, day or night, i follow the same "rules" thoughout the process. I have better success during the day. This also may be because I am selective about who I speak to -- also, I never go to clubs. This raises a point: day vs. night game is really location dependent. Maybe we should define what types of locations are associated with day game and night game. Context and environment are more important than time of day.

Great. Did you get her number? The biggest problem I see with my students is that they will flounder after the opening, and won't escalate. They're so excited to get a positive response, they end up walking away. You've gotta go for it. Guys like Style, Mystery, etc. constantly failed in their pickups early on. They learned from this. I think most masters would tell you that there's no difference between your day and night. Women are women. That being said, i always use the parallel conversation technique -- basically it boils down to analyzing what thoughts are on her mind based n context, then commenting off hand about this topic, almost as if to yourself. However, I always spin it positive. This does two things, establish a slightly greater value, and common interest with her. I've found that the highest quality women are …

It's easy to "go too far" in this game, when you start playing it for the sake of playing, and you start to push the limits. Maybe even start doing things that are perverse. This is similar to taking a computer game and modifying it to have fucked up physics, it's still fun for you.... but for everyone else, they're getting smashed by flying cars. The ultimate goal is improving your inner game, your outer game, and eventually you become what you've practiced. If you're long term dating, then they're going to see your true nature eventually. The question is whether or not they can accept that.

LMR is one thing, you have to know how to read the situation correctly. If she's seriously saying "stop" (and her body language is saying "stop"), you walk away. I don't care whether or not she's playing, because at that point it could be called sexual assault if you persist or get too forceful. It's not worth the trouble if there are dozens of other women to choose from. Never get into something that you can't walk away from in 30 seconds.

Yes, only because of 8 though. Douches only think about themselves. Alphas make everyone around them better, happier, feel included. Douche may be a necessary step toward achieving your ultimate goal... tread lightly.

Of course we deal in generalizations here. My claim is that that the term "nice guy" is often equivalent to "boring guy" in the mind of women. Especially if the guy is a self-proclaimed nice guy -- He's good enough for a friend but not interesting enough to hop into bed with. Yes the opposite of nice is mean, however, nothing is black-and-white! You can be a nice person and still get laid often, the key point is to not be supplicative, profusely apologetic, overly polite, pandering, etc (traits …

Can you give a very "detailed" analysis of the following: (1) environment (was it loud? dark? crowded? formal/informal attire? time of day?) (2) your appearance (what were you wearing? was it appropriate for the event? peacocking, etc?) (3) your body langauge (hands in pockets? slow approach? smiling? eye contact?) (4) technique for opening? (5) do you linger? could other sets see you opening / failing on the current set? Initial thoughts: Sydney is a very sophisticated city, so the quality wome…

"Nice guy" also often means "boring, unassertive". Women want to have fun. They feel like if they have fun with an asshole, they're not going to hurt his feelings when they breakup. Having fun with a typical boring AFC/nice guy means that the woman usually has to take the lead to actually create fun/flirty situations... few women like doing this.
/r/seduction08/03/11 05:44 PM

Yep. There are two types of nice: (1) not a dick, and (2) a supplicating AFC. I frequently hear/heard "wow, and you you're so nice too!" Women are so used to being hit on by assholes, that they expect any assertive guy to also be an asshole.

Understandable... been there a few times. Once I didn't have any condoms at all (I didn't expect to pick up anyone that day), but she brought condoms with her. Kind of freaked me out a bit, but when I thought about it, it makes more sense than her not having condoms.

It's true that there are many guys who fancy themselves as "masters". Anyone who thinks they completely understand women do not actually understand it. The same can be said for quantum mechanics, because no-one completely understands either topic. I try to correct these types toward what I see as the central goal of seduction: building a quality lifestyle that women are attracted to. This encompasses everything from your physical appearance, your mental fortitude, and courage. Things that define…

"do you want me to walk you to your place or do you need a ride home" well, depending on her IOI's this could have been either "let's get back and start fucking" or "I'm really tired and trying to drop hints that I wanna go home" ... which was it? Were you escalating, kino, etc?

Sounds legit. Good job, it's cool of you to take an AFC as a Wingman. Ask him to contribute a field report.

One interesting thing about The Game is it doesn't necessarily teach you how to be better in bed (technique-wise, anyway). I imagine there have been many awkward moments when RFCs have scored their first few women only to find that they're terrible in bed! My advice: be prepared. If you're in the right state of mind all the time, you're going to start assuming that you'll be having sex on a regular basis. So buy some lube, stock up on condoms, buy some toys (new in package, of course: "heh, my f…

What the fuck? I've never had any 20 year old complain that I was older than them. In your case, there was way too much friend interference -- I'm not saying you did anything wrong, just a serious cock-blocking by stupid hag roommates. That's happened to me a few times, and it just drives me nuts... roommates acting like fucking parents. This is precisely why I try to get info on roommates early, or find other places to go.

No. Women want to be seduced, intrigued, and challenged -- emotionally and mentally. No one wants a pushover guy, nor do they want an ultra-douche who sleeps with other women just to "get back at her" ... this is high school advice, at best. Throwaway PUA says it below, and I'll restate it -- the best way to get out of friend's land is to not get into LJBF land in the first place. If you do, so what? Find someone else to date. Fixating on one female is a waste of fucking time (quite literally).

Well, meetups are like "dates" there's all the stupid rules that go along with "dating" -- however, you still have an advantage here, youth. Look, girls who go to meetups are pretty much completely desperate for a quality guy. So, show your qualities. Show up well dressed but not too formal. Stand out from the crowd. Find one girl and quickly get her number, then leave. You're too busy/cool for meetups, but thought you'd check it out in case there was someone there you might connect with. If I w…

Yes, you can "get away with it", but you're automatically putting yourself in a lower position from the beginning. And you'll only get those who "feel sorry for you" or "want to control you" (same thing, actually). Confessing feelings sounds like a recipe for disaster! If she can't figure out that you like her from your actions, your words are just going to sound hollow and only reinforce your weak position. This is why physical methods like kino so effective. Oneitis is a sickness. There's only one prescription: more cowbell. Seriously, I suffered from Oneitis for 7 years. 7 years, wasted, obsessing over one woman, who had no romantic interest in me. This was until I found alt.seduction.fast (newsgroup) and other internet resources -- my life changed within two weeks. I was meeting multiple women who were 10x better than her in every way, and eventually she faded away. Do I still think about her? Sure. But if she came to me today and said "sorry, I s…

Thanks. This is why I felt the need for a separate guide, to make the distinctions from the standard routines. I know there are quite a few guys out there who are interested in Asian women but don't know how to approach them properly. I see it all the time in my local observation post (Starbucks). There's even a guy here right now doing the language exchange approach, but he's fucking it up royally. Interesting! Do you think that this is normal for K-girls in Thailand? I know that the South-East Asians are generally considered to be of a lower "class" (darker skin, more agrarian lifestyle).

Asian supermarkets often carry thin-sliced lamb, which could be cooked and served as a "roast-beef" style sandwich. Use a little bit of cumin, it brings out the delicious Lamb flavor.

I'm not sure whether you're being serious or not, but I'll bite. Asian guys, almost without exception, have no expectation that a white girl would like them -- so they're not looking for any indicators of interest. Also, Asian guys are used to women who are, believe it or not, a little bit more assertive when it comes to relationships. Again, this is Asian guys who aren't "Americanized" -- Americanized / Asian Americans usually follow the same rules as white/black guys. Of course, these are ster…

Admittedly it can be difficult, they tend to have similar fashion trends. Korean women tend to cluster, talk more loudly, and the younger ones tend to dress less conservatively (more provocatively). Japanese women tend to be alone, yet when they are together, you'll barely hear them speaking loudly, and they almost always dress conservatively. This is based on my experience of these women in the U.S. -- in Japan/Korea, you get a much broader spectrum of course. As for language, I always listen f…

I was thinking something that is generally delicious. For example, Quesadillas are easy, and always fun to eat. As a general rule, you should teach yourself how to prepare 3 or 4 different kinds of dishes that are sure to impress. One spicy dish, one fun dish, one dessert type dish, and steak.

Good job. Keep it going. After you run this routine for a couple of weeks, you'll start to see things that worked and what didn't work. Everyone has their own personal strengths and weaknesses, find those and use it to your advantage. Two phrases come to mind here that I often repeat to myself to get in to the state of mind: (1) Fear is the mind killer (2) Experience comes from bad judgment (mistakes), Good judgment comes from experience. Synthesis of these two: Don't be afraid to fuck it up.

There's some truth to this. When I used be a mountain bike racer, some of the guys I'd race with would run full force into a tree prior to the race. When onlookers would "WTF?" their response: "I wanted to get the crash out of the way before the race." The reason, even the best riders crash at least once, and it affects your inner game. So first thing you do is open a set, get rejected, then say to yourself "let's roll."

Yep, actually go to the library. Seriously, we can sit here and douche around about technique all day. Nothing beats field experience! Follow the 3 second rule, otherwise you'll be just another creep. If she's a 8+, then you can give her a slight neg hit "Hi, I was wondering where to find Derpenstein, by Mary Sherpderp?" Her: "Um, I don't work here..." You: "Ah, you look really smart, like a librarian... except with much better hair." (never say "sorry" in such situations).

I'm in the U.S. In private / semi-private, normal PUA rules apply -- she's still a woman. Sparking interest: chances are that they are bored, tired of studying, etc. So, the language exchange thing opens up all sorts of possibilities for "non-dates". e.g., go to the Zoo: "What's the Korean word for Zebra?", "Hey, that donkey has a massive boner, like me.", etc., Never go on "a date" with a Korean girl (or any girl for that matter), it comes with a certain set of rules and expectations. You don't…

Nope a fairly ugly, tall/skinny white dude. The funny thing is that they have to have dated at least one korean dude, the young ones don't know any better ... yet. After they realize korean guys are total dicks, they'll take any amerian guy. The whole language exchange concept worked really well for me. Its nonthreatening, and a good excuse to spend time with them. Also, showing that you are interested in their culture, gives you super extra bonus points. Careful with kino -- kgirls are really c…
