You are focusing too much on the micro level of things, get your macros right first. Get fit, dress smart and develop game. After that you could be huffing glue and still pull mad ass. Trivial shit like this doesn't matter at all.

It's not morals, it's that women aren't or can't be original. They just go with the herd because it's the safer choice. When was the last time you saw a woman stand up against a majority on anything and risk being rejected or shunned? A man will stand up for his point of view and gladly face the consequences. It basically comes down to this, women think truth is defined by majority which is why they never really understand what's going on and just end up copying the latest buzz words. When it co…

From my personal experience you only need to do 2 things to fix your sleep and consequently your life. Work hard enough, as in actual hours spent focusing on a task that requires above average focus and energy, so that your body feels the need to sleep. Cut out all external stimulants. I used to have massive sleep problems, self and peer diagnosed with a billion sleeping disorders and got prescribed stimulants as remedies that really just kept messing my sleep up even more. If you're not working…

Why is this idiot arguing with the whale in the first place? I mean what happened wasn't right but what the fuck was the point of it? Did he expect to convince a fat SJW with "Will suck you dry and have a sandwich with you" in her bio of her wrong doings? Did he expect her to agree with him and change her life and become a better person? Like what in the actual fuck goes through peoples brain when they argue like this? I've come to the realization that anyone participating in "social sciences or…

The way you beat addictions is by getting up close and personal with them, understanding their consequence and consciously keep track of them as they build up. You have to give your brain all the relevant information to be able to make an informed decision, your brain is not stupid, you are. People can't break out of addictions because they skip the feeling shitty part after binging. For games the usual way of "blocking" thinking about consequences is either work or pot + snacks. Work gets you t…

Additionally there are many people who claim they're just fine at work after drinking and I used to be one of them. The thing is, you can't say you're just fine on Monday after drinking unless you take long time off drinking and then look at how much better you feel and operate. I clearly notice the difference if I have more than 2 or 3 drinks on the weekend. Now I really haven't been out drinking in a long long time and I don't miss it one bit. Same thing applies to a lot of other things such a…

A) You're uninformed. B) You seem to be suffering from extremely low self esteem. Every time you say "we" you really mean "I" but you have to generalize it because facing the truth is harsh and in fact that's what TRP is about. It's not about hating or loving anyone, it's about breaking the bullshit narratives that we're fed, understanding reality and then fully exploiting it to your advantage. C) Just so you're informed, the hate towards women you see here is generally from new comers in the "a…

I feel exactly the same way but I shudder to even think about the back lash of merely alluding, out of sheer compassion, to an SJW that there's something wrong with their brain and that they need help. You've correctly identified the deep root causes but unfortunately that only confirms the fact that no amount of logic or reasoning is going to convince them otherwise. I always have a tough time deciding if they're that evil or that oblivious because evil demands intellect, albeit a misguided one. I think society at some point should start looking at "highly emotional" people such as SJWs as mentally ill just like highly unemotional (psychopaths) people. PS: Milo is the man.

No surprises here. Women don't know real passion and neither do most men which is why the majority of them are stuck in mediocrity. It's a common occurrence to have people stare at me blankly when I answer a query about my weekend with "Finished the book I was reading on neural networks". It's almost as if they're waiting for the "went to x and got fucked up bla bla bla" part. I think your main problem is your environment. Building yourself up is a one step at a time process and you have to have be in a environment that motivates you to go up but not make you look completely insignificant. Imagine if you put a 12 year old kid in an NBA game and ask him to start playing. Regardless of how much potential this kid has he's not going to come even remotely close to performing as good as even the worst players in the league because that's how high the bar is. This is what I…

I can't speak for anyone else but personally the way I differentiate between a cocky and confident person is awareness of limits. No matter how good you are at something you always have limits and being aware of those limits keeps you sharp. That doesn't mean you're always bound by your limits, just means you're aware. The mirror thing is neither cocky nor confidence, it's just a trick to snap you out of whatever state you're in. Just like raising your arms above your head in victory position in…

I think confidence is more in the line of "I'll be fine even if I don't know, I'll figure it out" while "I know my shit" is cocky. If you think about it confidence only matters when someone is pushed into an uncomfortable situation, if everything is settled down than you don't even need confidence. That's why actually confident people never hesitate but are always humble because they know that they don't know but they also know that that doesn't matter where as the know it all types actually pan…

The AF/BB split is based on BEHAVIOR not STATUS. You can get laid without status but you have to have that "bad boy" self destructive kind of factor or some other bullshit sick fantasy that women get off on and I for one am not willing to live a fucked life in the name of pussy. The point is to have a life that YOU want to live and then find ways to attract women without sacrificing the life style that makes you happy.

Your thoughts are very trippy, which is to say there is very little flow and coherence. Mindfulness is basically not being in mental fog and being fully aware of the actions and the systems that produced the decisions that led to those action. For example if my coworker Jack calls me as he leaves his house in the morning to get to work and I know for a fact that he lives exactly 10 minutes from work but he actually takes 15 minutes to get here. My boss asks me why Jack is late? If I'm a coffee p…

Confidence is a summary of that list, that was the point. Have you ever seen a guy that has all of the qualities on that list and not be confident? No, because the sum of those things IS confidence. Confidence is not a physical thing that's why you can't directly do anything to improve it, its more of a lifestyle choice. Confidence is like the color of your shit, you can't eat terrible food and have a normal looking shit no matter how hard you try. On the other hand if you eat good food you don'…

It sickens me to see how he didn't have any regret of throwing away a wonderful relationship and then to top it off he brings a hotty with him to make this poor girl, who has recently been emotionally scared by men on Tinder for trying to fill a hole in her life that was caused by him to begin with, jealous.

I think you are focusing a bit too much on consumption. Reading is a good thing but not for its own sake but what you end up doing with what you learn. Let's look at the numbers you've provided. You say you have 40 books to read and you read a a book in 4-6, let's make it 5 on average. 2 hours a day makes it a book every 2.5 days which means it'll take you roughly 3 and a half months, let's make it 4, to read 40 FUCKING BOOKS. My immediate reaction to the title was "wtf". The "STFU and do x" works for absolute beginners who are literally incapable of any independent thought. What he is trying to say is when you live a genuinely happy and fulfilling life there is no more competition. You perceive situations as a game because there is supposedly some reward in it for you, the girl, praise, money but when you find the one thing that makes you happy all this other shit falls off. People don't matter, there are no "players". There is you and the problem that stimulates you and everything else disappears. This is not philosophy, this is actual science. It's called "optima…

Too many guys let anger and some arbitrary sense of self worth get in the way of a fuck. You're on Tinder, the point is to fuck her, not to get her to admit that you're superior to her.
/r/TheRedPill03/04/16 07:14 AM

I always think someone who does that is psychotic aka Women. You're gonna have to give an example "Can I please have your fucking phone number", "See, perfectly well mannered" Usually you can put a fuck in the sentence or you can ask for something more. The fuck works if you're unsure but if this conversation had gone better and you had established a sexy, playful vibe you could have gone something like "Can I please have your number so we can get drinks and screw afterwards"
/r/TheRedPill03/04/16 02:54 AM
3

You could've simply said "Me too" and that's it. You don't give her anything to go on so she has to change the conversation. Or "I like girls who like guys who are well mannered" Or something you like that is completely unrelated to the conversation. Another quick tip, any time you ask a girl (or anyone actually) for something and they demand a "please", you give it to them but with a hyperbole of what you originally asked for. Also, if you feel like you've fucked something up it's often best to…

You're once again thinking way too hard on this. She said she likes well mannered guy, you assert you're a well mannered guy beyond any doubt. You don't have to prove anything, you don't have to show her you're a bad boy or anything like that. There is nothing wrong with being a well mannered guy. The end. Instead you made a very weak pointless statement which she took as a venue to press harder to which you reacted by trying to defending yourself and ultimately getting pissy in your last reply.

Mate, you need to stop thinking and dissecting everything so much. That's the key to banter which is 90% of Tinder game, the other 10% is closing. Agree and amplify mate. You took the bait and ultimately had to defend yourself which is not where you want to be. Best response would've been something like "My mama raised a perfect gentleman" instead of "as do most people... well?", not sure where you were going with that one and neither was she but ultimately it came across as weak. I agree with your premise that men shouldn't have to audition for a fuck but your Tinder game needs work.

I can guarantee you the majority of people who brag about their lack of sleep and large coffee in take are no where as productive as they could be on more sleep and less coffee. I used to be one of those people, I was functional and not particularly lacking but since I've changed things around my productivity and general energy levels have sky rocketed. Perpetual coffee drinking This is the one thing I never understood about Western culture and I chalked it up to the fact that they must have built up some resistance to caffeine because they have so much of it. It boggles my mind to see people drinking coffee at night just because they're bored or hanging out. How the fuck can they go to sleep. This is also why most women are "stuck" in life. They never move forward and learn from their past experiences because of the constant rewriting, they write it off as someone else's fault and then proceed to make the same mistakes stuck in an endless loop of "guy mistakes" or "drug/party life" or "it wasn't really my thing" or "I've rediscovered myself". Not sure why you're coming across so aggressive. You call me an idiot and then proceed to agree with me more or less. I already said that sex isn't objectively (physically) not as pleasurable for women as it is for men which is why we play this game. I think women don't enjoy sex anywhere as much as men do Not gonna lie, this thought crosses my mind a lot. I think sex isn't objectively as fun for them, which is to say there needs to be some sort of emotional attachment to it for it to work for them, that's why tingles are very volatile. For anyone interested, Thinking, Fast and Slow by Daniel Kahneman (Nobel prize winner) talks about this in great detail. He divides our response systems into 2 parts, System 1 and System 2 where System 1 is the instinctive, emotional, reactionary system and System 2 is rational. It really isn't, you're literally tying paying for dinner with your masculinity. Think about that for a second. Guys cling on to this concept because it's an easy way to tell yourself "I'm a man, I'm in control because I made her pay". I'm not advocating for or against it, I'm saying it's irrelevant and it's definitely not worth of a thread as proved by OPs own account. The problem I see with a lot of people here is the belief that discipline is an end goal in itself. It is not. It is a means to an end, a technique, a tool. You can have great discipline but without it leading somewhere and getting some value in return from all that restraint you will eventually break and all of it will have been for naught. LSD, unlike many other drugs, is not a mood enhancer. Instead, it magnifies the thoughts and patterns that already exist in your mind. You get to explore your mind in great detail not just intellectually but also physically and emotionally and you get a very distinct and measurable, lets call it, "reaction" when a thought you held is "resolved". All this occurs at relatively high doses. Anything under 150ug is mostly visual and a very mild experience, 200ug - 400ug is where LSD starts "breaking"…

The Crowd by Gustave le bon is the defining text for me when dealing or thinking about people in groups. It literally changed my entire world view and a lot of the things that people did, especially social and political movements, that didn't make sense to me became painfully obvious after reading it. The book is a bit dense and gives you constant "duh" moments. Highly recommend to anyone interested in the subject.

You sound like a woman. Everything you've said so far starts with "I" and ends in "feels/looks/seems wrong" with no facts in between.

This is actually the hardest thing about lifting. It's pretty easy to crush an hour at the gym for most people but to have discipline in nutrition and sleep for the remaining 23 hours is the real test.

I love those texts. 2 months of radio silencer later I get a "how's things?" followed by a dozen "look at all these cool things I've been doing" texts. The real kicker was at the end where she says she's been dating some Engineer that's about to finance her trip to another state so she can check out a school she wants to go to. My replies were mostly monosyllabic and rather patronizing. A couple of hours later I get a "want to come over tonight?" and when I bring up the fact that she's dating so…

I did this a while ago and it actually works. I used to be your typical super smart lazy kid that needs to be "managed" to be productive. My boss used to cut me a lot of slack in terms of showing up late, lots of "sick days", messing around at work, taking hour long lunch breaks etc. I got several pay rises too but the idiot in me used the pay rise as a way to work less and make the same amount of money. One day, I was having a conversation with my boss about why I am the way I am (my boss is re…

Boom. You hit the nail on the head with the attitude comment. Most anti steroid arguments are basically "life isn't fair" rants which is a key concept in TRP. Be a man, stop whining and do what you have to do. Furthermore, what most people don't realize is on gear you have to bust your ass 5 times harder, eat and sleep with more discipline because you're on a timeline and you can't afford to fuck up. OP talking about hard work while on SS makes me laugh. I'm not one for bragging but come back wh…

Good progress, bullshit story. You say you went from 175 to 195 in 3 months and then another 3 months later you're ripped but still at 195. That's a classic 12 week test/oral bulk cycle into a tren recomp. There's no way in hell you can recomp natty like that i.e gaining muscle and losing fat while on a caloric deficit. You said it yourself, you have to eat more to gain muscle and less to lose fat. You only get to do both at the same time if you include the secret sauce. So please, there's no ne…

Fair enough. The point I was trying to make is that you still have some anger in you and that's why this semi-FR turned out the way it did. This girls' hamster sounds like it's all roided up and in full control. If you played it cool you could've nailed her and got lots of little AWALT gems out of her which would've been both amusing and incredibly enlightening. Step 1 of TRP is distancing yourself from women and improving yourself so that you're no longer influenced by them. Once you're immune …

Honestly, this read more like trolling rather than sexual strategy. A big part of sending mixed signals, being mysterious/cold/cocky is that they're all about timing but it seems like you were doing these things all the time which instead of short wiring their tiny little brains, blew it up all together. It also looks like you've embodied all of TRP except the IDGAF. Babe you say you are sleepy, I say go to sleep that is me listening, caring, and all that. If you mean something else, say it. If …

I think it might be due to herd mentality. Most people aren't fit so they must shame those who are fit to make themselves feel better but secretly they are mirin'. I recently started bulking seriously and my ex would give me a lot of shit for it in public but the other day I was changing and she barges into my room and the first thing she says is "wow, your arms are huge" as she felt them up. Same thing with my flatmates.

As a beginner you can do both and explode both in strength and size by doing something similar to Boring But Big. Chest/Shoulders day for example would look something like: Heavy Bench Press 3x5 60-70% of Heavy Bench Press 3x10 Heavy Overhead Press 3x5 Seated DB Press 3x10 Then you can do 1 or 2 more isolation exercises like Peck Deck or Lat raises etc. Same thing for lower body/back. Heavy/light squats and dead lifts followed by some leg presses. I'm no expert but I've been doing this for 3 mon…

I'd compare LSD, or any psychedelic for that matter, to a microscope or a telescope. You can use it for fun but if you really learn how to use it you can unlock the secrets of the universe sitting in a room by yourself. I highly recommend it but please for the love of Hoffman, do not use it as a party drug.

This was literally my 2014 with this girl. Literally, every single word. I couldn't have written it better myself. My story is up to the 1st line of the 2nd last paragraph and it's headed exactly where you wrote it. I know her true identity though. Despite of all the positive changes in my life and other women I feel like I have a real weakness for her which is why I'm going to try my best to steer clear. Appreciate the trip down memory lane with a heavy dose of reality at the end.

Alan Watts is the man. Recently did LSD and started reading his stuff half way through the trip with some chill music in the back. It was enlightenment on a different scale, as is everything on acid . Highly recommend tripping to Watts to the occasional LSD user.

The thing with this "Bitch", "Champ", "Boss" business is that you're trying to put an official label on someones standing in a group. Like OP demonstrated, calling some girl a "bitch" doesn't make the guy an alpha or beta. It just makes what everyone already knows more obvious. Everyone knew DB23 was a pathetic wannabealpha beta, him making an alpha move just brought him back to his deserved standing in the group. That's why I wouldn't worry about the connotations of a title because, unless you'…

Here's a list of causes for anger in social situations, learn to avoid them. Don't have long drawn out arguments with women, using logic against a woman is one of the most frustrating and fruitless efforts, analogous to arguing with a child. No matter what you'll look like the bad guy. A good way to exit is to simply say "I'm not going to argue about this with you" and if she keeps going on wait for her to finish and then just say "Are you finished? Can I get back to my [insert activity here] no…

Your problem is that you didn't have proper closure. The most painful break ups are the ones where you just slowly move away from each other and then 1 day you just stop talking. You're stuck wondering what went wrong, if you could have done something to prevent it and that makes you think that something might still happen and it will all go back to being OK. That's why I like simple, straight forward "lets have a big fight" break ups because then everything is out in the open and nothing is lef…

For me honor and code are the base line principles of my personality that if breached will send me into a negative emotional state if I don't do anything to uphold them. On the other hand if I do make an effort towards upholding them I get a supreme sense of confidence regardless of the outcome. I have tried rationalizing them but I'll admit I don't fully understand them, may be because they're a product of how I was brought up. Examples can be someone hitting me (unless you're a childhood frien…
