I'm not a native english speaker, so please bear with me.

I've only had one girlfriend in this life (for years), we recently broke up so I basically have little to no experience in dating/flirting. I'm working on a project with this girl (remotely, so I get to see her maybe once a week, but I can text her anytime), and I'm really into her. I helped with something this week (in person), and said "OK, now you owe me a drink on saturday", to which she agreed on. I didn't however make it clear that it would be a date (I know, beginner's mistake), so I don't know what she thinks, but fuck it I wanna risk it and make a move on her. My struggle is, I have no problem touching her shoulder or hands, but I don't know how to escalate that to sexual touching without being a creep.

Any advice (with examples if it's not too much to ask, I'm a quick learner and examples work the best for me) is appreciated =D

FYI: She's japanese, but seemed to be pretty ok with shoulder/hands touching.
