If you really, really like someone, make it a point during the date to say you really want to see them again before they leave.

As a guy one thing that immediately come to mind is how good are your lovemaking skills. Girls (on average) would rather sleep with and see one guy consistently. If you're able to have sex with them on a first date how good are your skills in the bedroom? If you can make a girl orgasm during sex there's a much higher chance that she'll want to keep coming back to you time and time again and see you after only just one date. Food for thought.

Have you ever asked yourself if you're not even for a bit moving too fast? Girls are emotional People so, as easy as they open up to you, they can cut off contact because they feel socially judged in their head for doing such things. In this case, your duty is to make them feel safe and comfortable. But what do you really want from someone? A relationship or a ons? First off, did you ask them to go on a second date? How did they respond. You need more information to understand what's causing this.
