I've never done the group thing. You can walk in a joint with a group, but I separate soon. Any opportunity. Grab the bartender from the other end of the bar, where the hottie is. On your way to the bathroom, ask the hottie on the way if she knows where the bathroom is. Then talk her up.

I found the group pack thing only works well with girls (cheerleader effect). For guys, I've found it only makes girls compare. If you're not visually the alpha, then better to separate. For me at least. My buds totally get that it's just my style of hunting.

Have an opinion. When first went out with groups, I kind of let the group make the decisions. In short, don't always go with the flow, make it.

Also, be yourself and have fun.

Kino kino kino! It'll make you stand out among the crowd and not like touch her shoulder, get your hand on the small of her back and lean in close and whisper almost. This is the case in a loud bar or club. Also be sexual and carry that vibe through the interaction.

Have a canned routine and try to stick with it, free style when appropriate. Keep your head up and relax, say hi to the girls and smile. No real tricks, AA will be tough to work through, just gotta do it and get rejected a few times.

I recommend not walking in as a big pack or hanging in a big pack in the venue. It will be very strange and awkward. Honestly, the best advice I can give to you, is be conscious about what you are doing, approach everyone but simply have fun.
