Look at it as changing the entire way you conduct your life, not just some video game codes to get the girls.

Mentally: Change the way you think. Become positive. Be on the constant look for change.
Emotionally: You must love yourself in order to achieve self-confidence.
Socially: Push your social boundaries. Make new friends, both girls and guys. Assess old friendships.
Physically: Exercise, get in shape, look good.

There is a lot of material here. Read the material on the right to get familiar with terminology. Read some books on picking up women, but also read general books such as "How to win friends and influence people" and "Feel the fear and do it anyways".

Paired with a strong outlook on life, the tips and tricks that people post here are far more powerful.

Look over on the right side of this page, in the sidebar there is a glossary of terms. Don't worry about jargon so much, we use it mostly to refer to techniques that take a while to explain. I personally don't think it's that useful to say "I k-closed her" when it is easier to say "I kissed her." That's just silly. But for more complex ideas like "disqualifier," yes, this it is important to use keywords, it makes it easier to search seddit (or the internet) for relevant materials.

Skip the stupid advice from the nofap people about avoiding porn and fapping. Plenty of guys fap to porn and still get laid.

Start over in the sidebar. Read some of the basic materials. Then start using the methods. The basic fact is, the more women you approach, the better your chances are. Focus on learning how to interact with women, push forward without any expectation of results. Focus on learning the game, not on getting laid. Improve your social skills and the rest will follow.
