Ask something interesting and not just the regular hello, how are you. For e.g/ U.S. presidential debates are on. That is a good topic to start with..like hey I was watching Donald Trump yesterday and he said this. I don't agree with it, do you? Women are sick of the usual bullshit so start something interesting. Newspapers are a great source of convo. If she doesn't know about the topic you asked her, it is a great opportunity to impress her by telling her something she doesnt' know. You could even dominate her a little bit by saying, "You don't know who Donald Trump is, are you sreious?" i.e. if she doesn't know something obvious. You have to show the woman that you are better than her, the man has to lead.
