Thing is that I can get a lot of dates, but I have no clue how to progress towards her place. I feel like if I say "hey lets go hang at your place" out of the blue, it'll be super needy and creepy. I know that I should find a topic and use it as an excuse for an invite. But how does this work, exactly?

Let's play out a scenario - a girl tells me she's good at monopoly, and i tell her we should play sometime because i'll beat her easily.

From there on, how can I further use them as an excuse to get to her place? Can someone give me an example?

Like, let's say first date I tell her that we should play monopoly because I can beat her. How much time do I have to wait so I don't look like I'm trying really hard to get to her place? Do I have to wait till the next date to use the monopoly excuse to try to get her to invite me over? Also, should I suggest "hey lets go play monopoly after we finish our drinks" at the bar and then leave the bar with the thought of going to her place in mind? Or should I ask her at the very end when we're parting ways something like "so you're not going to let me beat you in monopoly?".
