If you have been talking to her for some time now you should already have the phone number. From there just make a phone call, chat and then go from there.

Now, if you haven't initiated a conversation with her go ahead and try something funny like "I see you liked my page, my premium IG is $500 a day *wink*" or whatever. More than likely she will "lol" you do death after than but the point is to break into the DM with something fun and light. NEVER a "Hey or Wyd"
