tl;dr Had a drunk girl all over me, but she messed up.

This not exactly a FR, but more of a hindsight, what happened with me today.

So after work I decided to finally drop by a bar/pizza place that I had wanted to visit for a long time. When I arrive there, I see two girls sitting on the bar stools and since its just after 6pm, the rest of the place is dead. Well, since I came there for food, it really doesn't matter, but as I move closer to the counter one of the girls turns her head and locks eyes (girl A). I am a little bit surprised, but hold the look until she turns back with a little smile, eyes down. As I am waiting to place my order, the same thing happens. Interesting.

However, the girl seems a bit too drunk and I really don't feel I have the energy to deal with this right now. But. As I am waiting for my pizza at my table, she comes to me and well, basically opens me. Good food and interesting people, this must be good I think. I end up joining them on the bar stools, sitting between them (bad spot) and striking up a light conversation. The girl A seems really drunk and horny (I have never had a girl literally all over me), while her friend B looks kinda sad and tired. Something is not right.

During half of my pizza the girl A manages to scratch my beard (really uncomfortable), tries to slap me and at the same time tries to cling to my arm, adjust her boobs and bite her lip whenever I look at her. Well duh, kinda obvious, but since she was totally unable to express herself with understandable meaningful words, talk focuses more to girl B. Notice, I am still not flirting, just "enjoying" the acquaintances.

In one point, I look back from B to A and she has something like a wet nose or something. Must be alcohol or something, I shrug it off. I turn back to B for a SECOND and when I look back the A is doing a real about-to-cry face, then tries to hit me with her fist but misses. I am watching her with a really surprised face and saying "Chill, what's wrong with you?" etc. No answer.

Since god dammit I am hungry and have no energy to deal with drama I politely excuse myself, saying that I will finish my supper somewhere else, stand up and sit at my original table. The girl A burst out crying, saying she hates everyone etc. Her friend B tries to calm her unsuccessfully.
I finish the last slice, thank the bartender, and leave.

What I learned:

  • In my country we call a girl that is really messed up- "broken". It is not my job to fix her.
  • I really don't think I could have done something differently. Maybe bailed out earlier, when my gut told me that two girls, one tired, one drunk one, at 6pm in a X-bar is bad combo to take away.
  • I held my frame. Really proud of it. No stealing of my pizza, no scratching and no slapping. Now when I think of it, I actually endured a bit too much, boner was confusing. Lesson learned.
  • Opportunities and lessons are everywhere, you just need to use them. I had a choice between going home or checking out that interesting place. In the end, I am really glad that I chose that last option.
